With degrees in Social Science, Education and Law, Charles Poncelow has been spiritually and educationally training children, parents, and educators for more than four decades. He has a vast array of experience through his various roles as a pastor, a school district superintendent, an alternative school principal, an owner and director of a child placement agency for foster and adoptive children, and a guardian ad litem. Chuck also has personal experience through his two daughters and his four grandchildren whose ages range from under a year through 21 years old.
Chuck is passionate about learning. He has spent most of his life studying how the brain works and the how and why of human behavior – then using what he has learned to train others to live more abundant and fulfilling lives. People leave his classes or lectures highly motivated, better communicators, more intentional in their own choices and life story, and prepared to become agents of positive educational change.
Chuck is admired as a teacher and speaker because of his ability to explain complex ideas through humor and tangible, everyday life examples. He combines comprehensive research knowledge with real world application and often uses personal stories from his wide experience to leave the audience with a deeper understanding and a feeling of connectedness.
Chuck knows the value of relationships and understands the power of claiming ownership of one’s own life journey. In his wise, personable, and down-to-earth way he empowers individuals, families and communities to learn and grow.
